Introducing: Bites Unboxed! (Yumm)

Every week I’ll be sampling Nordic food products. Some stuff you can get wherever you are, some stuff you’ll have to travel for. All delicious!
Well, mostly. There is a few items in my fridge right now that is going to put real pressure on that last sentence, and I’m opening it on camera anyway.
So here’s what Bites Unboxed actually is. Once a week I unbox and taste a Nordic product and tell you where it comes from, why anyone eats it, and whether you should. It’s a taste test, but it’s also a small history lesson with better snacks.
I’ll try my absolute best to cover all five countries the same. If it ships or sells outside the Nordics I’ll try to find links.
